Your First Visit
Here's what you can expect when you visit our dental center as a new patient.
New Patient Form
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early for your first consultation to complete our New Patient Form. Alternatively, you can download and print the form to fill out before you arrive.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will begin by reviewing your medical and dental history and then perform a complete dental exam. This consultation will include a thorough examination of the gums, teeth, bite and jaw, oral cancer screening and any necessary X-rays.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
Insurance & Payment
At Centre Dentaire Ricard & Tran, we'll help you navigate our options for payment, insurance, and financing so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.
Insurance Claims
We can direct bill your insurance company and our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
